Koralion (Transponier-Harmonista)


 

This is the transponier-harmonista, which can be placed on the keyboard of a normal reed organ.
This type has 3 rows of buttons, with a total of 28 buttons. This device has been sold in The Netherlands, we think around 1920-1930. There were special musicbooks for this device (some displayed at the bottom of this page)

Here you see the indicator that indicates at which note the device will start: C, D, etc.

koralion_naam_s.jpg (24407 bytes) The name of the device is "Koralion". I found it only on devices in The Netherlands, not in Germany or Switzerland. There I saw only the name "Transponier-Harmonista" on these devices.
