This is a folding reed organ from the Bilhorn Brothers, Style B.

Company history:
Bilhorn Brothers Organ Co.; founded 1885;  in Chicago, Il; music publishers and makers of folding organs. Peter Philip Bilhorn, proprietor and George E. Bilhorn. Made organs for Sears, Roebuck in 1902. Active at least through 1941.
