This is a 2mp reed organ from the Packard Organ Co, Fort Wayne.

According to the owner only 3 of this type has been built, one of which has been sent to the Queen of Great Britain.

Company history:
Started as Packard Bros. in Bridgewater, MA, by Isaac T. and Edmund Packard. Melodeons were made under the Packard Bros. name as well as under each brother's name. At a later time Isaac moved to Fort Wayne, IN, where he formed the Fort Wayne Organ Co.
In 1900 the name was changed to The Packard Organ Co.
