Company history:
Factory in Woodbridge, CT 1850-65, burned in 1865 and Shoninger bought the
Treat & Linsley's factory in New Haven, CT. Bernard Shoninger was
still president in 1887, and his son Simon B. secretary. The company was
renamed B. Shoninger Organ & Piano Co.
