From the Floyd C. Miles Collection of Musical Intruments, Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
Dimensions are: 77, 35, 54.75+44". Stops 1-3 are top left jam, 4-9 above swell, 10-12 bottom left jam, 13-15 top right jam and 16-18 are bottom right jam. Pedal board is concave and radiating. Two swell shoes operate Cresendo and swell.
