Located in South Africa. Bass/treble break is at keys 30/31. There are 1 and 1/2 sets of reeds (reed plates), No Knee Levers. The Vox Jubilante sounds very much like a Celeste stop and gives brilliance to the sound. When pulled it activates both sets of reeds in the treble.
