This Estey organ belonged to a local friend who willed it to me on his death December 2018. He'd bought it at an estate auction for $50.00 on 18 Nov 1967 from a descendant of the original owner, Lizzie Greenman of Rochester, MI. The stool was included and appears to be by Estey as well. The organ was playable when I got it but had suffered from duct tape repairs along with minor damage from moth larvae, mice, water spills, and cracks in the soundboard from our high, dry climate. I restored the organ in January 2021 as a stay-at-home project. It plays very well now. I'm indebted to the lessons learned at the workshops offered at ROS Hanover in 2019.
