PACKARD ORGAN CO.
ROS Reg No. 6504

Located in Austria.

I found this nice piece in Poland, Silesia, small countryside village. According to information given by previous owner, it was bought in Dusseldorf around year 2000 by his father. Earlier, the organ has been imported to Dusseldorf around 1900 (factory new), but has been very rarely played.

I have done first-ever restoration to the wood and interior of this instrument. Original multilayer polish has deteriorated over years, so I have restored it to old-recipe oil & wax.

The playing mechanism is fully original also - there were no traces of previous ingerentions into insides of this instrument. Pumps needed to be changed, original waxed paper has cracked and obtaining new such material is close to impossible in Europe, so those are in natural skin now.

Register labels have also been refactored, to new porcelain pieces, using font nearly identical to original.

There are 3 function keys - Bass Couper, Tremolo and Treble Coupler.

Everything is working as new.
