Name "H.B. Creeper" stamped on the frame. Likely matches with the 1910 census record for a Harold Creeper listed as a cabinet maker at an organ factory in Bowmanville, Ontario, Canada.

Sub Bass box has date written on it - December 10, 1944.
Written on upper part of keys (normally not visible) - "Cleaned and tuned by Mr. Wm. Piper, Seaforth, Ont., Sept. 29/38"
