Basically good condition. Obviously linen behind fret work dry rotted, was likely the original linen. Three stop labels missing. Stool probably has original upholstery underneath the replacement layers. Great Aunt had it and willed it to my mother as she was only one she knew in family who played the piano. Has had very little use since about 1980.
