In need of a general cleaning of all mechanical parts and some basic repairs: the Principal 8 Ft cannot be engaged while a few reeds do not respond probably because of dirt. It bears its original paint. This instrument was, for generations, in the hands of a Stittsville (Ontario, Canada) family. Generally speaking, this 110 year old instrument is in a very good condition. Purchased in October 2015. It came with the original inclined bench.
