This organ is in the lobby of the Wyman Museum, two miles east of Craig, Colorado, see https://www.wymanlivinghistorymuseum.com/
It plays, barely, and appears to have had a rough life; paint job, casters added, etc. I wasn't in a position to open it up to find a maker, dates, serial number, etc. Nor could I justify assembling a stop-list when only Bass Coupler, Harp Aeolienne 2 ft., and Vox Humana are the only legible labels left. Stops listed here are assumed from ROS# 6436.
