Bought by my father from local antique store (I think) in Olympia, Washington probably 40 years ago (1980's) It is in good condition.
Inside cabinet label identifies it as a Mason & Hamilin Resonant Case Cabinet Organ Patented 21 June 1870; August 23, 1870. On the underside of the lid is the serial number "81116" and "Style 201".
