Single family ownership and in the same Victorian home since 1892. Near pristine condition after 129 years - just needs careful dusting & cleaning. Inspection and preservation underway. Better photos to follow. Decorative top removed and expected to be found in attic.
My good friend was the last remaining family member in that household, and he asked me to take it home a few years ago. Unfortunately he passed away in May, 2021. According to his wishes, I took the organ home in July, 2021, with plans to preserve it as best I am able.
