This instrument was originally the church organ for Morehead City Baptist Church, North Carolina. It had been in a private home of a family of the church. It is being restored as of April 2020. (A Covid-19 project) It was not in playing condition. The feeder flaps were warped so it would not pump. During restoration it was found that the stops were not as they should be. It was corrected using the ROS database information on Estey chapel organs of this style and serial number/date. Also the key travel was very short, so they were restored to proper depth. The bellows and feeders were completely recovered.
This instrument did have hand pumping, but was removed. No parts are remaining of the hand pumping apparatus.
