Previous owner stated he had received sometime in the 1980s from a relative in CT. He had receipts for repairs that were done in 2005. The organ will play. There are 2 sharps that stick. One of the pedals will need recovering as it only sounds as long as it is pumped. The other will sustain for a few seconds after it has been worked. I do not believe the Vox Humana is working correctly but have not verified yet.
