My parents rescued this organ in the 50's when it was abandoned. It was a family project to strip and sand the oak wood while my Dad replaced/refurnished some things inside. My mom regrets covering the oak wood with paint.
I've gone over it with a flashlight, including the inside back panels, and have found no numbers to help identify the style or age.
I love the bottom part of the inside sticker which warns against "tramps pretending to be organ tuners".
Original top is missing, and this case has been shortened. See addition picture of original.
