This Style 118K is very similar to a Style 86K with two additional stops -- Sub Bass Dolce and a Baritone 32Ft (in the treble). The prior owner said that her grandfather had likely purchased this used in the mid-1920s in Los Angeles and it has been in the family ever since. To her knowledge, it never had any restoration work done on the instrument. It was mostly in original condition and was fully restored in the Fall/Winter of 2023/2024. The bench appears to be the original that came with the organ. 1909 date is from writing found on the back of the keyboard frame. Pitch is A438.
