Bought for my great-great-grandmother at the age of 16; it was most recently played by my aunt when she was a girl but is now in need of repair (has been so for some years). The bass bellow seems to have lost its 'spring', and there are a couple of the panels on the treble side that have broken, in a way that might have compromised the air chamber as well as the aesthetics. However, when I pull out a stop, hold down a key, and press the good pedal, it sounds!
