Located in West Virginia, I also found hidden on the back of the Action a sticker with the inscribed words " Improved Stop Action Patented March 18, 1890 #423,750". The Pitch is 437 according to my Korg Tuner. The Vox Humana is engraved with the words " Patented July 21, 1895". there are two wooden braces which the back panel rests against with the name inscribed " A.L. Russell". From right to left counting both black and white keys, there is a break at keys 24 and 25, E/F Some interesting things that I find is that stop #2, Piano, makes no sound until key #25. However, it open the front volume door slightly to allow the voices prior to the 24/25 break to sound a little louder. and as I said, it plays after key number 24. The Principal, stop number stop 10, makes no sounds at all. It does however, open the back volume door to enhance the voices of the stops after key 24.
