IS HEREBY WARRANTED for the term of Five Years; and should it, with proper care and use, prove defective in Material or Workmanship within the above time, the effects of extreme heat and cold or dampness and customary wear and tear and tuning excepted, we agree, if the same is delivered at our factory, to either make the defect good, or return a new instrument of similar capacity in its place, reserving to ourselves the right to elect which we will do.

This organ was rescued from behind the pipe organ that my Granddad played for over 50 years, with a dropped pedal. I relined the bellows and replaced the exhausters leathers and it plays beautifully now!
