Tromba 8'S stop knob was clearly not original and replaced by someone in the past. I believe instead of tromba, there was something else. It has 3 knee levers; left one for bass swell, middle for grand jeu, right one for treble swell. Located in Santa Maria Church in Izmir/TURKEY.
